Otherwise, Discover which pays 5% cash back (.15/gal when gas is $3) on the first $100 each billing period.

The credit card gives a rebate while the prepaid card gives a discount. Since none of the stations give a discount for cash, I never pay cash and always pay at the pump so I don't need to go inside the station.
